Welcome to my wellness page! I’m hoping your health and wholeness are of utmost importance to you! Afterall as Jim Rohn states, “Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live.”
“The concept of total wellness recognizes that our every thought, word, and behavior affects our greater health and well-being. And we, in turn, are affected not only emotionally but also physically and spiritually.”
– Greg Anderson
Walking in wholeness means living a life separated from impurity, aligned with God’s teachings, and marked by moral uprightness. As depicted in scripture, walking in wholeness emphasizes a life of holiness and spiritual integrity.
1Peter 1:14-16 Live as children of obedience to God; do not conform yourselves to the evil desires that governed you in your former ignorance when you did not know the requirements of the Gospel. But as the One Who called you is holy, you yourselves also be holy in all your conduct and manner of living. Amplified Bible

“Wellness is not a ‘medical fix’ but a way of living – a lifestyle sensitive and responsive to all the dimensions of body, mind, and spirit, an approach to life we each design to achieve our highest potential for well-being now and forever.”
